Fast Leveling in The Division Resurgence

Don't chase gear rarity before level 20 -- focus on the highest Power Score available instead. Once you hit level 20, Equipment Recalibration and targeted Dark Zone loot open up, and that's when High-End (Gold) gear and Brand Set bonuses actually start to matter.
