Rubinite — Overview
Rubinite is a dark fairy-tale boss-rush action game from Cup Dog Games, following Princess Ruby as she reclaims the Scarlet Kingdom from a plague called the Bloodstained. The entire game is built around one mechanic — Focus: hold it near a boss (a 'Blood Recipient') to reveal their hidden Pure Blood Crystal weak point, stack up to 3 marks, then land a devastating Critical Thrust. There's no exploration, stats, or trash mobs — just 8 main bosses plus 2 optional ones (Ghost and Roy), 10 encounters total. It launched July 22, 2026 to a Very Positive reception.
