Do I need the previous expansions to play Fangs of Asterkarn?
Yes -- both Ashes of Malmouth and Forgotten Gods must be installed, and your character needs to have reached Fort Ikon in the base campaign before the new content becomes accessible.
Is this really the last expansion for Grim Dawn?
Yes, confirmed directly by Crate Entertainment -- Fangs of Asterkarn is stated to be the third and final expansion, intended as a send-off for the game rather than a stepping stone to more paid content.
What free content did all players get, even without buying the expansion?
The v1.3.0 update, released alongside the expansion -- a major quality-of-life overhaul including a stash overhaul, full UI rework, WASD movement controls, HDR lighting, detailed item tooltips, and general balance and bug fixes.
Can Onslaught and the wereforms be used together?
No -- this is the single most important thing to understand about the Berserker mastery. Onslaught is a default-attack replacer, and default-attack replacers are disabled while shapeshifted into a wereform. You need to commit to one playstyle or the other for a given build.
Is the game fully voiced?
English has full voice-over audio; the other 11 supported languages (French, German, Spanish, Czech, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Portuguese-Brazil, Italian, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese) are text-translation only.
When is the Xbox version releasing?
