Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit is Spry Fox's sequel to their beloved 2021 life-sim Cozy Grove. It first launched on mobile via Netflix Games in June 2024, then arrived on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch (original and Switch 2) on July 15, 2026, priced at $19.99. Notably, Netflix acquired Spry Fox in 2022 and published this game on mobile in 2024, but sold the studio back to founders David Edery and Daniel Cook in December 2025 amid a broader restructuring of Netflix Games -- meaning this PC/console release is Spry Fox's own, independently published launch.
The Premise
A camping trip goes wrong: a bus crash leaves your Spirit Scout stranded alone on a mysterious, charming island. You soon discover it's inhabited by ghostly spirit bears carrying emotional baggage from their forgotten lifetimes -- your job is to help them find peace while gradually repairing your bus and searching for your lost troop.
What's New Compared to the Original
Camp Spirit is a standalone story, welcoming to newcomers and returning fans alike, though a few familiar faces -- Flamey and Mr. Kit -- return from the original Cozy Grove alongside an entirely new cast of bears. New animal companions join the island too, including a dog you can pet and a snail that helps carry your load.
