Round Table Recruitment and Quest Assignment

The game's core management loop -- recruit Knights (through story gates and exploration rewards), learn their hidden traits and stats (Strength, Agility, Charisma, Magic, Wit), match them to quest requirements at the Round Table, and repair armor or craft gear through the Blacksmith and Witch to keep them equipped for future assignments.
