Manor Lords — Overview
Manor Lords is Slavic Magic's largely solo-developed medieval city-builder set in 14th-century Franconia, blending realistic economy simulation with Total War-style real-time tactical battles. The signature burgage plot system lets residential lots grow backyard extensions like chicken coops and orchards for passive resource production, while the map is divided into claimable regions expanded using Influence earned from church, market, and manor upgrades. It has sold over 4 million copies since its April 2024 Early Access launch and continues receiving major updates roughly every 3-4 months, most recently Major Update #6 adding battlefield terrain changes, a new map, and family-based progression.
