Fast Leveling in King's Well

Since 12 confirmed enemy intents exist beyond simple attacks (disrupting your deck, weakening cards, disabling machines, stealing gold, self-repair, charging), pay attention to what an enemy is telegraphing before acting -- reacting to the wrong threat could cost you more than expected.

Since all 4 confirmed playable gamblers offer different starting weapons and playstyles, experiment across a few rather than settling on the first one you try -- the Iron Veteran and High Roller are confirmed to feel genuinely different from each other.
