Getting Started in Halo: Campaign Evolved

You don't need to have played other Halo games — this remake tells the original, self-contained story from the beginning.
The campaign remix feature lets you replay any mission with Skulls — 42 total gameplay-modifying collectibles that can randomize enemies, weapons, or environments for extra challenge and variety.
Operation: Meteorite (the new 3-mission prequel) introduces weapons not found in the base campaign, like the burst-fire Battle Rifle, Brute Plasma Rifle, and Spiker — worth playing even if you've finished the main story.
Co-op supports up to 4 players online with crossplay and shared progression across console and PC, or 2-player split-screen on console only.
