An airbending anarchist antagonist from The Legend of Korra.

A previous Avatar predating Aang in the lineage -- playable as her own Avatar-state-powered fighter, and a central figure in the story mode's unusual premise.

Fire Lord Ozai

Former Fire Lord, now going by "Phoenix King" in the story mode -- reimagined there as earnestly trying to keep peace for his children's sake.
