Best Weapons in Throne and Liberty

Throne and Liberty has no traditional class system -- your role comes entirely from which 2 of the 8 weapon types you equip at once (Main Hand + Off-Hand), and there are 21 possible combinations.

S-tier combos per community tier lists: Greatsword + Sword & Shield for tanky melee DPS, and Wand paired with almost anything for support flexibility (Wand + Longbow for healer, Wand + Staff for a powerful mage, Wand + Sword for a tank with healing).

Dagger is considered the best off-hand in the game regardless of your main weapon, thanks to its crit-rate boost and evasion -- it pairs especially well with Crossbow and Longbow mains.

For beginners: Longbow is widely recommended as the most forgiving weapon thanks to long range, self-healing, and strong mobility, while Sword & Shield gives the highest survivability if you are still learning boss mechanics and rotations.
