Getting Started in Once Human

There's no class to pick — your build comes from weapon choice, damage-type mods, and which Deviants you equip, not a fixed role.
Deviants need their preferences maintained (mood/productivity) once placed in an Isolated Securement Unit, so check what each one wants before relying on it.
Hives let up to 8 players share a territory and resources — join or form one early rather than trying to survive entirely solo.
Match your Deviant to your build: Invincible Sun applies Burn for Blaze-style builds, Snowsprite feeds Frost Vortex builds, and Butterfly's Emissary marks weak spots for weakspot-focused builds.
