What are Deviants?
Collectible Stardust-contaminated creatures across Combat, Territory, and Crafting types that provide buffs or skills once secured in a base unit.
How big can player groups get?
Hives support up to 8 players sharing territory; Warbands (guild-like alliances of multiple Hives) support up to 50 for large-scale PvP.
Does the player character have voice lines?
Inconsistently, and this has been a long-running community discussion. Early beta versions had voiced protagonist dialogue, but by later beta phases the story and script had changed enough that those voice-overs no longer fit, and the released game frequently plays with a silent or barely-voiced protagonist. Some named NPCs (like V, also called Victor) have also had different voice actors across different seasons -- the Way of Winter season used a different actor than the earlier Manibus season, though neither has been officially confirmed by name.
