Editions and Cosmetic Customization in MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls

There's no traditional character creator in a roster-based fighting game like this -- cosmetic customization instead comes through costumes and color palettes tied to specific editions, not an in-game wardrobe system you build up through play.

Standard Edition ($60)

Includes only the base game with its 20 launch characters -- no bonus cosmetics or DLC included.

Digital Deluxe Edition ($85)

Adds the full Year 1 Character and Stage Pass (4 additional characters, led by Phoenix Cyclops, plus 1 stage), a Howard the Duck lobby avatar, and a Cosmo lobby pet.

Ultimate Edition ($100)

This is the edition to get specifically for cosmetics. It includes everything in Digital Deluxe, plus 5 exclusive costumes -- for Storm, Captain America, Doctor Doom, Iron Man, and Spider-Man -- and Animated Chromatic color unlocks for all 20 launch characters. If you don't specifically want the extra costumes and animated colors, the cheaper Deluxe tier gets you the same gameplay content (DLC characters and stage) without paying for the cosmetic bundle.

Pre-Order Bonuses (Same Across All Editions)

Pre-ordering any edition -- Standard included -- grants the same two bonus items: a Cosmic Surfboard (lobby ride) and, per the Standard listing, additional lobby cosmetics. These are purely cosmetic and redeemable until August 5, 2027, so there's no launch-week rush to claim them.
