Getting Started in Black Myth: Wukong

There's no class selection — progression is entirely through Spark Points spent across the Core Stats, Staff Stances, Spells, and Transformations skill trees.
Spark Points can be respecced at any time, so don't be afraid to experiment with a build before committing.
Transformations let you temporarily become a boss you've defeated, with a separate health bar — save them for tough fights rather than trash mobs, since they're on long cooldowns and consume Might.
Defeating the early boss Guangzhi grants your first Transformation, so it's a natural first major goal.
